这本记录了一位著名央视主持人李小萌在黄金年龄辞职之后的探寻自己的成长之路，给在生活、工作中身处迷茫困惑的我们，开启了新的方向。

原本辞职在家，为了孩子成长，全身心投入到家庭中区，却被孩子的的举动转变了人生的轨迹。亲戚来家里玩，女儿不愿她离开，亲戚说要回去工作，女儿一句话：“你不要去上班，我们家人都不上班。”亲戚跟她说：“我不上班，怎么挣钱呢，怎么生活呀？”女儿说：“我们家有钱，我可以给你钱”家人向她转述了这件事，由此也出发了她的思考，她辛苦在外打拼20年，刚刚辞职在家两三年，已经影响了在女儿眼中的模样，她心理五味杂陈，女儿的话，唤醒了她重新定义人生轨迹的想法，工作不只是为了挣钱，更是为了让你成为有用的人。

作为女性，尤其是职业女性，往往被各种角色定义着，我们不只是妈妈，是妻子，是女儿，是上班族，我们更是自己。工作的意义，让我们发挥自己的价值，靠自己的能力去改善生活，去创造生活，在工作中，不仅帮我们获得一定的经济报酬，还让我们更容易获得个人的成就感，获得更好的人生体验。

As women, especially professional women, are often defined by a variety of roles, we are not only a mother, is a wife, is a daughter, is the office workers, we are themselves. 与李小萌一样，作为女性，我不能允许自己变成伸手要钱的人，我们必须快速找回属于我的独立的经济来源，而且要能够独立支持自己和家人的未来的生活。经济上不依附于他人，才能获的精神上那份自尊和底气。多种角色的赋予一身，已经让我们身心疲惫，我们需要去工作，在工作中，吸纳我们生活的不如意，屏蔽日常的焦虑感，给我们心流的享受。当我们在一味地埋怨工作上的辛苦烦忧的时候，殊不知闲散下来的苦更会迎面扑来，所以珍惜工作的每一天，用心对待，不辜负当下的每一天，做真正的自己，活出自己的模样。

When we constantly complain about the work of the hard trouble, but do not know that the idle down the hard will come face-to-face, so cherish every day of work, treat with heart, live up to the present every day, do the real self, live your life.
